Fallon Homes was founded 1991 with the mission of building high-quality, semi-custom and custom homes. If you choose a Fallon Homes Model from our collection but desire to make design, addition, architectural, or equipment changes, we can accommodate them in most cases. In addition, our clients make all decisions with regard to exterior and interior colors, flooring, finishes, kitchen/bath cabinet and counter top choices. 

From start to finish, our clients meet directly with affiliated companies to make all possible choices and customize their home in just the right ways. Building a high-quality home encompasses utilizing both appropriate materials and practices. One of the most important goals we have in building your home is to build an energy-efficient home. We pay close attention during construction and include features such as upgraded insulation, windows with Low-E coatings and argon gas, insulated doors; and energy-efficient, 12 SEER heat pumps. Our attention to this important factor is evident with lower energy costs and more comfortable living. If you do not find a home among our collection, we can assist you with finding the optimal plan or we will build to your plans. We also have architectural professionals that will develop a house plan to your specific requirements.
